Job Desk

• Responsible for managing and monitoring the operations of several assigned outlets.
• Monitor sales performance of each outlet and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to check daily operations, product displays and stock levels.
• Monitor stock availability and arrange stock requests or stock transfers when required.
• Monitor product performance and identify high-demand and slow-moving products.
• Ensure products are properly arranged according to company standards.
• Monitor the implementation of promotions, pricing and sales campaigns at outlets.
• Communicate with Outlet Supervisors/Staff regarding sales, stock and operational issues.
• Assist in resolving customer, product, stock and outlet operational issues.
• Ensure all assigned outlets comply with company SOPs, policies and operational standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, stock status, outlet conditions and operational issues.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Logistics and Management teams to ensure outlet stock requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, product arrangement and overall presentation.
• Follow up on issues identified during outlet visits until they are properly resolved.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
