Kerja Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Assistant (2 Years Contract), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Nobel International School Selangor - Maukerja

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and effective operation of the school’s facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs and inspections of the school’s buildings and grounds to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance:

• Conduct routine inspections of school facilities to identify maintenance needs, including landscaping and lawn care.
• Perform repairs and maintenance of all general building facilities including plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical and electrical services
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Coordinate, monitor or implement preventive maintenance programs as per schedule.
• Carry out painting tasks for both interior and exterior areas.
• Respond and report appropriately to emergencies as they arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification. Technical or vocational certificate in building maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years working experience in a similar field.
• Proficient in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a good working attitude.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
