As a Catering Event Coordinator, you'll be in charge of making sure that our clients' events are amazing. Here's what you'll do:

• Planning: Work closely with clients to plan their event, including deciding on the menu and finding the perfect venue.
• Customization: Create personalized experiences for each client, making sure their event reflects their tastes and preferences.
• Logistics: Take care of all the details, like coordinating with vendors, organizing staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day of the event.
• Guest Happiness: Be there on the day of the event to make sure everything goes according to plan and that guests have a great time.
• Problem-Solving: Be ready to handle any issues that come up and find solutions quickly to keep the event on track.

Qualifications:

• Love for Food and Parties: You should be passionate about food and enjoy planning and hosting parties.
• Good Communication Skills: You'll be talking to clients and vendors, so it's important to be friendly and able to communicate well.
• Organizational Skills: Events can get hectic, so you'll need to be organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Creativity: It's great if you have creative ideas for making events special, but if not, we'll help you develop them!
