Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliation)
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and reconciliations
• Assist in preparation of management reports and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with MFRS, tax regulations, and company policies
• Support audit and tax processes, including liaising with auditors and tax agents
• Handle SST/GST filings and corporate tax computations (if applicable)
• Monitor cash flow and payments
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and local tax regulations
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, SAP, Oracle)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Will be based at Pavilion Damansara Heights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Partial or ongoing professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
• Experience in handling full set accounts independently
• Exposure to audit and tax processes
• Experience in shared services or MNC environment is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
