Job Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor sales KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the retail team.
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and minimize stock shrinkage.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams on stock movement.
• Manage cash handling, store expenses, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Execute promotions and in-store campaigns when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of retail experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience in sports, fashion, or apparel retail is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Sales-driven with good business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused, proactive, energetic, and hands-on.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Able to work 6 days on shift rotation basis including weekends and Public Holidays.
