We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare practitioners, manage administrative tasks, and help create a welcoming, organized environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar.
• Assist practitioners during consultations and basic procedures when required. Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup.
• Maintain client records accurately and confidentially. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with clients
• Process payments and manage basic billing tasks
• Monitor and restock clinic supplies and inventory
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
