The Role
We are looking for a highly accurate and commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from initial tender through to final account. You will ensure our premium installations are delivered profitably, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare precise cost estimates and proposals for high-speed door, loading bay, and safety equipment projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best commercial terms.
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and contracts.
• Monitor ongoing project costs, track variations, and assess their financial impact.
• Conduct site visits to measure and value completed installation works.
• Manage monthly progress claims, payment certificates, and final account settlements.
• Collaborate directly with the project management and sales teams to ensure alignment on project margins and timelines.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QS, ideally with exposure to specialized trades, M&E, or industrial equipment installation.
• Strong numerical capability and sharp negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with a direct, efficient approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in standard QS software and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
