We are looking for a responsible, organised and proactive HR & Admin Executive to support the company’s daily Human Resources and Administration functions, with a small portion of the role assisting in basic accounting and finance-related tasks.

Human Resource Executive & Admin (Songket Dunia Wangsa Maju)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4+ years of HR experience, preferably within fashion, retail, apparel, or lifestyle industries
• Experience supporting creative, fast-paced, and seasonal work environments
• Prior experience with retail staff, production teams, or design offices is a plus
• Understanding of seasonal hiring, high-volume recruitment, and turnover management
• Experience working with store staff, merchandising teams, designers, and production teams
• Ability to support rapid growth, collections launches, and peak retail periods

Soft Skills & Personal Qualities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative mindset with both creative and business teams
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Technical Skills

• Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Experience with employee records, reporting, and documentation
• Basic data analysis skills for HR metrics (turnover, headcount, recruitment KPIs)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• HR certifications
• Experience in multinational or fast-growing fashion brands
• Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Experience with training & development programs
