About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Support team member to join our Fulfillment Centre. You will play an important role in supporting customers and internal teams by ensuring enquiries, orders, delivery issues, and service requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or other service channels.
  • Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Monitor and follow up on delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect orders.
  • Accurately update customer and order information in the relevant systems.
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Support daily fulfillment centre administrative and customer service activities.
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet company service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, logistics, retail, or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced fulfillment centre environment.
  • Able to handle customer concerns professionally and calmly.
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with customer service or order management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on issues.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Willingness to support shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required.
