1. Factory Audits

• Coordinate and follow up on factory audits based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers and factories to ensure all necessary processes are initiated and completed proactively.
• Obtain and review audit reports and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs).
• Follow up with factories on CAP implementation and ensure all corrective actions are completed until the audit is officially closed.

2. Laboratory Testing

• Coordinate with testing laboratories, customers, and factories on product testing requirements.
• Complete and submit Test Request Forms (TRFs) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on test reports and communicate the results to relevant parties.
• In the event of a failed test result, coordinate with the factory and laboratory on corrective actions and retesting until the requirements are met.

3. Third-Party Inspection

• Coordinate with third-party inspection teams to arrange and conduct inspections according to company requirements.
• Ensure inspections are carried out in accordance with the required quality standards and specifications.
• Follow up on inspection reports and communicate the results to relevant parties.
• In the event of a failed inspection, coordinate with the factory on corrective actions and follow up until the issues are resolved and the inspection is successfully completed.
