1. Operational Management:

• Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards according to Subway guidelines.

2.Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate team members.
• Create staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage for peak times.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

3.Customer Service:

• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.

4. Financial Accountability:

• Monitor sales performance and financial metrics.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
• Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.

5. Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to Subway’s food safety, health regulations, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
