Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee building maintenance, including M&E systems, plumbing, lifts and air-conditioning
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers
• Attend to tenant and resident enquiries and operational issues
• Manage maintenance-related billing, records and reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the construction, building maintenance, or facilities management field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Mature, responsible and able to meet deadlines
