Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates via job boards, social channels, and referrals, and manage initial outreach and follow ups.
• Screen CVs, conduct short phone interviews, and shortlist candidates to match client criteria.

Client Support & Events

• Coordinate interview schedules and brief candidates and clients ahead of meetings.
• Assist in planning and running recruitment events and job fairs to grow our talent pool.

HR Operations & Reporting

• Maintain candidate records in our ATS and update recruitment progress reports for the team.
• Support administrative HR tasks such as document checks and basic compliance tracking.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or current students are welcome; this role expects 0 years of work experience.
• Any tertiary qualification is a plus but not required; bring curiosity and a willingness to learn.
