Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Technical Support skills, with experience managing user devices, software, and core IT systems.
• Candidates should possess Networking skills, including configuring and maintaining switches, routers, and basic network services.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, prioritize, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to support non-technical users and document technical procedures clearly.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in WP. Kuala Lumpur and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and reliability.
