Job Title: Senior Executive Learning & Development

Job Summary
To manage L&D programs, LMS administration, HRDC grants, internships, policy compliance and capability development to support business and workforce growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development (End-to-End Training Management)
- Identify competency gaps through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), performance appraisal outcomes, departmental consultations and business requirements.
- Analyze organizational capability gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions by sourcing targeted learning interventions across four main channels-Internal, Public, In-House and Individual programs.
- Work closely with Department Heads to develop annual departmental learning plans and budgeting.
2. Learning Management System (LMS) & Digital Learning
- Serve as the primary administrator of the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Configure user access, learning paths, enrolments, course catalogues, assessments, and certifications.
- Upload and maintain learning content including videos, e-learning modules, quizzes, SOPs, and knowledge resources.
3. HRDC Grant Management & Compliance
- Act as the Person-in-Charge (PIC) for HRDC grant applications and claims.
- Submit grant applications before programme commencement.
- Ensure compliance with HRD Corp policies, documentation, timelines, and audit requirements.
4. Internship & Graduate Development Programme
- Manage the end-to-end internship lifecycle, including sourcing, recruitment, placement, onboarding, development, performance monitoring, offboarding, and programme reporting.
- Act as strategic coordinator for Akademi Bateriku internship initiatives.
- Support technical talent development programmes.
5. Policy and Procedure
- Support the development, implementation and periodic review of Learning & Development policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure learning processes comply with internal governance standards, HR policies and applicable legislation.
- Maintain proper documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements and other relevant management systems adopted by the Company.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in L&D, with a proven track record of handling the entire learning life cycle.
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Experience in HRD Corp grant applications, levy management and claims administration is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating internship, graduate development or talent pipeline programmes.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with the ability to create reports, presentations and documentation efficiently.
