Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Kulim. The Quality Assurance Engineer will design, review, and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure products, processes, and systems meet internal and customer quality standards. Responsibilities include performing manual testing and test execution, documenting test results, identifying defects, and collaborating with engineering, production, and operations teams to resolve issues. The role also involves participating in root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Assurance Engineer will help refine testing procedures, support audits, and ensure compliance with relevant industry and company quality requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance, with experience defining and implementing quality standards and procedures.
- Hands-on proficiency in Software Testing and Manual Testing within manufacturing or engineering environments.
- Ability to design, document, and maintain Test Cases and perform structured Test Execution.
- Relevant technical education such as a diploma or degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with root cause analysis tools and methodologies.
- Comfort working on-site in a production or industrial setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ISO or similar quality frameworks, and knowledge of CNC machining or industrial manufacturing is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to document findings clearly and accurately.
