Join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Assistant, where you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. You will provide efficient administrative and recruitment support while helping to deliver a positive associate experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources Department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Support end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment offers.
- Assist with onboarding activities and work pass applications where applicable.
- Support employee engagement, recognition programmes, benefits administration, and employee relations initiatives.
- Ensure HR communication channels, notice boards, and digital platforms are updated with relevant and engaging content.
- Support the adoption and effective use of AI-enabled and digital HR tools to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with associates across all departments, providing professional support and guidance on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and local employment legislation.
Qualifications
Note: Due to Singapore’s foreign worker work pass restrictions, only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or personnel-related functions.
- Strong planning, organisational, and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work confidently with associates at all levels.
- A strong team player who can build collaborative, win-win relationships across departments.
- Social media savvy with an interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Comfortable using HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrates curiosity and adaptability towards AI, automation, and emerging workplace technologies.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, or AI-assisted productivity platforms will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and identify meaningful workforce insights.
