Overall Purpose of the Job

• To provide sales support.
• To co-ordinate and execute aftermarket service activities.

Principle Duties

• Comply with the requirements of competence management system. Performance Base on Competency Program (PBCP)
• Adhere to Company and/or customer’s QHSE requirement
• To establish close contacts with relevant customer personnel.
• To establish close contact with relevant principal personnel.
• To provide sales support.
• To manage and coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and sub-contractors for in-house or site work.
• To execute project expectations together with other team members.
• To monitor project progress and keep proper project filing records.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and other required documents.
• To support all project technical enquiries/issues.
• To implement Company’s ISO9001 Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks and responsibilities beyond those explicitly outlined in the job description as and when required, provided such tasks are reasonably related to the job and fall within the scope of your qualifications and expertise

Knowledge/Experience Required for the Job

• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.

Academic/Professional Qualification

• Relevant Degree in Engineering or equivalent
