What You'll Actually Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of face-to-face fundraisers to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Build your own team from the ground up — recruiting, shaping, and running it your way
• Run field coaching, shadowing, and performance reviews that genuinely build your team's skills
• Monitor sign-up quality and cancellations, and fix issues before they become patterns
• Plan site allocations, schedules, and deployments — and back your team up in the field when it counts
• Turn team performance into clear, accurate reporting for management

Who We're Looking For

• Face-to-face sales experience is a must. You've sold consumer products or subscriptions in person — think mobile/internet plan sales, credit card sign-ups, street sales, indoor event sales, roadshows, mall promotions, or retail floor sales. This role is all about in-person selling, so remote sales experience like telemarketing or call-centre work won't quite prepare you for it.
• At least 1 year leading a face-to-face sales team is what we're typically looking for. That said, if you're a senior F2F salesperson with a strong track record who just hasn't had the chance to formally lead a team yet, we'd still love to hear from you.
• Someone who can coach a team to hold a conversation and build trust with a stranger in under a minute — and can teach that instinct to others. Ready to motivate a team toward strong sales performance, while building the bonding and teamwork that keeps them going day after day
• Steady under pressure, calm when things go sideways in the field, and mature enough that your team looks to you on a hard day
• Someone who takes pride in maintaining and upholding the WWF brand, and represents us as a true ambassador in everything you do
