We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Sales Executive, with 3-5 years of experience in IT services sales and a strong focus on new business development to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy building relationships with customers and are eager to develop their career in a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will support sales activities, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting to closure)
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with pre-sales & delivery teams to craft winning solutions
• Support negotiations and assist in closing sales deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in IT services sales
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Strong hunting mindset & revenue-driven approach
• Experience in B2B sales, selling services like software development, cloud, data, AI, or digital transformation
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
