Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ESD Consultant at BSD in Singapore. The ESD Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on environmental planning, sustainable building design strategies, building performance simulations, green building certifications, energy conservation, and building commissioning. The role involves working with clients to achieve environmentally sustainable design and construction goals.

Qualifications

• Environmental Planning, Sustainable Building Design, and Green Building Certifications skills
• Knowledge of Green Material Specifications and Energy Conservation
• GMAP, WELL and/or LEED Certified is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Architecture, Engineering, Building or related field
