Job Purpose
- Support daily production coordination, process monitoring, and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production planning and execution (Fabrication/Compression/Coating/Encapsulation)
- Ensure smooth shift operations and coordination across 24-hour continuous production
- Monitor process performance, output, efficiency, and downtime.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP compliance
- Support process troubleshooting and deviation investigation
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity (Kaizen, OEE etc)
- Conduct training and ensure operator competency
- Monitor absenteeism and support discipline management at shop floor
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Good knowledge of granulation, compression, coating and encapsulation processes
- Familiar with GMP and regulatory requirements
