Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing and supervising road construction and maintenance works to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Job Scope:

1 . To help to coordinate among sub-contractors, machineries department and report to Operation Manager for site activities.

2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of project.

3. Ensure all supervisors and workers including subcontractor are complying with any rules or regulations that are in place.

4. Monitoring daily operations of field work activities.

5. Proactively manage project to achieve quality, schedule, budget, and safety.

6. Required to carry out duties and job functions as may be assigned to you from time to time by the manager, such duties are not necessarily limited the above title and responsibilities.

7. To solve and tackle site problems and technical issues.

8. Liaison and coordination with sub-contractors and/or site workers.

9. Coordinating and supervising construction workers.

10. Willing to travel outstation.
