Full Time Executive – Packing Jobs, in SUN PHARMA Sungai Petani - Maukerja

Job Purpose

• Oversee end-to-end packing operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient 24-hour production flow

Key Responsibilities

• Manage primary and secondary packing operations (Blister, Cold Form, PVC/PVDC)
• Ensure smooth shift operations and coordination across 24-hour continuous production
• Monitor packing output, efficiency, and downtime
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and GMP compliance
• Support process troubleshooting, deviation and customer complaint investigation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity (Kaizen, OEE etc)
• Conduct training and ensure operator competency
• Monitor absenteeism and support discipline management at shop floor

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical packing operations
• Good knowledge of blister and packing machine operations
• Familiar with GMP and regulatory requirements
