Role Description The Warehouse Operations Senior Executive PKFZ is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant processes. The role includes planning and supervising receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch activities, while maintaining accurate inventory records and optimizing space utilization. The Senior Executive coordinates with internal teams and external partners to manage customer orders, resolve operational issues, and support service-level commitments. The position also involves monitoring warehouse performance, implementing process improvements, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and preparing regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong warehouse management and inventory control skills.
- Candidates should possess hands-on packing experience and familiarity with warehouse handling procedures.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills for internal and external coordination.
- Candidates should possess organizational, problem-solving, and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, WMS).
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations, ideally at a senior or supervisory level.
- Ability wa to work on-site in Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), manage teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality standards in warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Relevant experience and education in logistics, supply chain, operations management, or related field is preferred.
