Job Description
- To secure order.
- To provide sales services.
- To monitor marketing situation.
- To ensure quality records are maintained and accurate.
- Providing information of customer order for mass production.
- To ensure all subordinates use environmentally friendly material.
- To handle customer enquiry and co-ordinate with factory personnel
- Perform any other related tasks / functions as and when required by the Company.
- To segregate and dispose scheduled waste according to legal and other requirements.
- To introduce only environmentally friendly material to manager level or other requirements.
- To use only authorized direct / indirect material for environmental conformance material label.
- Minimum Degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
- Require good negotiation skills
- Must be able to handle customers from A to Z, including price negotiation
- End-to-End Customer Management Gain comprehensive exposure to the full customer service cycle, from handling enquiries and securing orders to coordinating production and managing customer requirements.
- Strong Commercial & Negotiation Exposure Develop valuable expertise in price negotiation, order management, and customer relationship handling, strengthening commercial and sales capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with customers and factory personnel, providing opportunities to build strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Environmental & Quality Compliance Gain practical experience in maintaining quality records and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements, including authorised materials and scheduled waste management.
