Responsibilities and duties 

·  Perform QC Inspection Checks for all IN coming and OUT going metal parts build in house or from External source. 

· Point of contact of approval for all the incoming raw materials and finish goods parts from supplier fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest

· Ensure all checking are properly documented according to Company policy or QA requirements.

· Resolving quality-related issues adhering to deadlines

· Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records

· To recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards.

· Guide the production team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product

· Assist all QC Lead & Tasks assign by QA/QE

Requirements:

· Proficiency in the use of all manner of measuring instruments such as; calipers, gage blocks, height gage, micrometers, etc.

· Must be detail oriented, organized.

· Must be able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.

· Familiar with Microsoft Office is an advantage.

· Possess a positive, helpful attitude.

· Self-motivated, outgoing and cooperative.

· Posses excellent attendance and reliability.

· Ability to stay focused and work well under pressure
