Job Description

- Manage clients’ relations and build contacts withpotential clients for new business opportunities

- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well asproviding incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets

- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.

- Ensuring that the office is clean and well-maintained atall times.

- Building and maintaining good working relationships withcustomers.

- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increasesales.

- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

- Support / assist director on any-hoc duties
