Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our retail team and drive overall store performance. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, developing the team, improving customer retention, and delivering an outstanding beauty retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve monthly sales targets and store profitability
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales team
• Develop effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives
• Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, team performance, and customer retention
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and repeat customers
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and stock control
• Maintain excellent customer service and store standards
• Handle customer feedback, escalations, and VIP clients professionally
• Work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
• Analyse sales performance and provide recommendations to management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, customer-service, and business acumen
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Singapore retail experience will be an advantage
