Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Human Resources Executive di Nera Telecommunications Ltd Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle project NADI recruitment – post job opening advertisement, review applicants, conduct pre-screening interviews, arrange interview with hiring managers, collect and verify relevant documents received from candidates
• Prepare hiring report to Operation Team
• Prepare LOA and inform the candidate to submit a full set of requested documents
• Update new joiner p-file to payroll system
• Conduct a monthly induction training to all new joiners
• Submit staff movement form to insurance company and handle staff claim and query for insurance
• Submit staff LOA to e-stamp duty
• Prepare resign staff documents and liaise with the staff on exit matter
• Prepare promotion and transfer letter
• Liaise with Operation Team on maternity staff and temporary staff arrangement
• Prepare contract renewal every year end
• Organize the company event - townhall and festival celebration
• Arrange staff training from liaise with training provider until submit the claim to HRD Corp
• Backup HR colleague when they are on leave
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR / Business Studies, Administration or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years with related working experience
• Result and detail oriented and with can-do attitude
• Able to work under minimum supervision, takes initiative and is well organized on tasked given
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic knowledge/proficient in Microsoft Office applications
