1. Assists senior management and leadership with strategic planning for known and potential regulatory activities related to the business and industry.

2. Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and entities at the local, state and federal levels.

3. Collaborates with industry advocates to build areas of common interest.

4. Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in government affairs to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or above.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Strong government contacts at local, state, and federal levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and other relevant events.
