Warehouse Executive (Full-Time)

Location: Changi (43 Changi South Ave 2, Singapore 486164)

Basic Salary: S$2,800 to S$3,300, Transport/Mobile Allowance, VB, AWS

Working Hours: 5.5 Working Days, 08:30am to 05:30pm (Alternate Saturdays – only when required)

Responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, responding to client's emails, inventory control, and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatch

2.      Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational and delivery requirements

3.      Ensure accuracy in order fulfilment and timely delivery of goods

4.      Oversee loading/unloading and verify quantities and documentation

5.      Maintain inventory accuracy, including stock control and cycle counts

6.      Ensure all delivery documents are properly endorsed by customers

7.      Enforce workplace safety and operational procedures

8.      Train and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance standards

9.      Investigate and report discrepancies, damages, or incidents

10.  Liaise with internal teams and external parties for smooth operations

11.  Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

12.  Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1.      Basic proficiency in English (Written and spoken)

2.      Computer literate (warehouse/inventory systems)

3.      Prior warehouse/logistics supervisory experience

4.      Possess a valid Singapore Class-3 driving license preferred

5.      Possess a valid forklift license preferred

6.      Physically fit and able to perform hands-on operational duties

7.      Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
