12 Months Contract Credit Processing Executive #BJJ

Our client is a reputable local bank seeking a Credit Processing Executives to join its Cards & Unsecured Credit team. The successful candidates will support the end-to-end processing and assessment of credit card and unsecured credit applications while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Process credit card and unsecured credit facility applications accurately and efficiently.

• Evaluate and assess applicants’ creditworthiness based on financial information, credit profiles, and supporting documentation.

• Review applications and make appropriate recommendations for approval in accordance with established credit guidelines.

• Ensure all credit assessments and processing activities comply with the bank’s internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and escalate potentially fraudulent, suspicious, or falsified documents and applications.

• Liaise with relevant internal departments and business units to clarify information and facilitate timely application processing.

• Perform document sorting, data entry, scanning, application tracking, processing, and reporting activities.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all application documentation is complete and properly maintained.

• Monitor application status and follow up on outstanding information or documentation to ensure timely processing.

• Assist with process automation and system enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in credit processing, credit operations, loan processing, cards operations, or banking operations.

• Experience in credit card or unsecured lending processes will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of credit assessment principles, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to identify discrepancies and potential fraudulent documentation.

• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of applications within stipulated timelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with various internal stakeholders.

Contract: 12 Months Contract

Department: Cards & Unsecured Credit

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,000 per month
