What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the retail management team
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to store operations
Assisting with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and organisation
Supporting the planning and coordination of in-store events and promotions
Performing general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of services
What we're looking for
Minimum GCE N or O Level qualification with at least 1 year of retail experience, along with prior experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Working hours are from 10:45 AM to 8:45 PM, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
This position is based in-store
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and other relevant computer software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
