Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Finance (Business Partnering) Manager di Sunway Property Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to partner with our Business Development and property teams, providing financial and commercial insights to support property investment, land acquisition and development decisions.

This role combines financial modelling, investment analysis and business partnering, with strong exposure to strategic and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models and property development feasibility studies.
• Evaluate potential land acquisitions, investments and development opportunities.
• Conduct investment analysis including IRR, NPV, ROI and profitability assessment.
• Prepare business cases, investment papers and financial recommendations for management.
• Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts and key financial assumptions.
• Support financial due diligence and commercial evaluation of potential opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development and internal stakeholders to assess financial and strategic implications of business decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth, investment decisions and value creation.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• Experience in financial modelling, corporate finance, investment analysis or finance business partnering.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with good Excel/financial modelling skills.
• Experience in property / real estate, investment or development will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
