Role Description

The Multimedia Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur.

The person in this role will design and produce multimedia and graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, branding projects, and marketing materials.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts, creating static and motion graphics, collaborating with marketing and content teams, and adapting designs across different platforms and formats.

The Multimedia Graphic Designer will ensure brand consistency, prepare files for various digital and print outputs, and contribute creative ideas to enhance overall campaign performance.

The role also involves staying updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep Sproud’s visual work fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Graphic Design and Branding, including creating visual identities, logos, and cohesive design systems.
• Experience in Multimedia and Graphics production, such as motion graphics, animated content, and visually engaging digital assets.
• Skills in Web Design, with an understanding of layout, user experience principles, and responsive design for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite or equivalent) and familiarity with digital asset management workflows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across different media and formats.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and a commitment to delivering on-brand, client-focused solutions.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
