About the Role

We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking Flutter Developer to join our team. In this role, you will build high-performance mobile applications deployed across iOS, Android, and Huawei AppGallery, while actively pushing the boundaries of what's possible by leveraging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Platform Deployment: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, efficient Flutter code optimized for iOS, Android, and Huawei (HMS) ecosystems.

• Brainstorm & Ideate: Proactively contribute to product and technical brainstorming sessions, helping shape feature concepts and application architecture.

• AI Integration: Explore, prototype, and implement AI tools, LLM APIs, and smart features to elevate our products.

• State Management Architecture: Implement robust architecture patterns across projects using modern state management solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience specifically dedicated to mobile application development using Flutter and Dart.

• Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience or strong familiarity with configuring, testing, and deploying apps to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei AppGallery (AppGallery Connect / HMS Core).

• State Management Proficiency: Strong, hands-on experience working with Provider, GetX, or BLoC.

• AI-Driven Mindset: A strong interest in working with AI technologies, integrating AI APIs, or utilizing AI-assisted development workflows.

• Ownership & Self-Discipline: Proven ability to manage your time effectively within a flexible working hours structure and hit your deliverables consistently.

Bonus Points (Added Advantages)

• Native Development Skills: Hands-on experience with native mobile languages (Kotlin/Java for Android or Swift for iOS), or

• React native to build platform channels or customize plugins.

• Experience integrating native SDKs into Flutter projects (especially HMS Core kits).

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Firebase ML Kit, or vector databases.
