About the role
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated & skilled individual to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose & manage patients with various conditions by developing individualized treatment programmes aimed at maximizing functional independence and improving overall health outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments & formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress & modify treatment plans according to clinical outcomes.
Educate patients & caregivers regarding injury prevention, home exercise programmes & self-management strategies.
Maintain accurate, timely & professional clinical documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities & tasks as assigned.
About you
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy.
Registered Allied Health Practitioner (where applicable).
Good in communication, interpersonal & patient education skills.
Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Good clinical reasoning, documentation & time management skills.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
