About the role

M Gadget Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead sales initiatives, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our company. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets whilst mentoring junior team members. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on sales execution, making it ideal for a motivated professional ready to take their sales career to the next level.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Present and demonstrate products effectively to potential clients, addressing their needs and objections

• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals whilst ensuring profitability and favourable terms

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems

• Mentor and support junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and industry knowledge

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns

• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen market connections

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably within the technology or gadget industry

• Demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections professionally

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong organisational and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment

• Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor junior team members

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (preferred)

• Experience with gadget, electronics or technology products is highly desirable
