Job Description

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.

• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.

• Maintain and update employee information in HR systems and databases.

• Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and presentations as required.

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the HR team.

• Support employer branding activities, including:

  • Career fairs

  • Campus recruitment events

  • Social media or digital recruitment campaigns

• Assist in interview coordination and communication with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and other HR records.

• Provide logistical and administrative support for all recruitment and HR activities.

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR or management team.
  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum CGPA: 3.70.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Eager to learn HR practices, recruitment processes, and Malaysian labour laws.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
