What you'll be doing

1. Production & Assembly Support

• Assist in aerospace component manufacturing and assembly processes.

• Support CNC machining, composite lay-up, or precision fabrication activities.

• Observe and assist in aircraft parts inspection and handling.

2. Quality & Compliance

• Assist in quality control checks under supervision (e.g., dimensional, visual, non-destructive testing support).

• Learn and follow AS9100, ISO 9001, and aerospace industry standards.

• Document inspection results and support audits when required.

3. Process & Data Documentation

• Prepare and update process sheets, work instructions, and production logs.

• Assist in data collection for continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

4. Safety & Regulation

• Follow aviation safety regulations and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policies.

• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to cleanroom/controlled area procedures (if applicable).

5. Technical Learning & Exposure

• Gain exposure to aerospace materials (e.g., titanium, composites, alloys).

• Observe advanced technologies (CNC, CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, robotics).

• Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement projects.

6. Team & Project Support

• Work closely with engineers, technicians, and supervisors on assigned tasks.

• Contribute ideas in team meetings and project discussions.

• Support any ad-hoc technical or production-related assignments.
