About the role

TRAVELJOY HOLDINGS SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Buggy Maintenance & Cleaning Assistant to join our team in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor. This is a full-time position based on-site at our facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning our buggy fleet to ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition and ready for guest use. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and mechanical readiness that our guests expect from TRAVELJOY HOLDINGS SDN BHD.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and detailing of buggies, including interior vacuuming, exterior washing, window cleaning and polishing

• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of buggies to identify any maintenance issues or damage

• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as checking tyre pressure, fluid levels and battery conditions

• Report and document any mechanical issues or damage to the maintenance supervisor

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the maintenance and storage areas

• Support the maintenance team with repairs and servicing as directed

• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment

• Keep accurate records of cleaning and maintenance activities completed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in cleaning services, vehicle maintenance or a related field is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending

• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided

• A valid driver's licence is desirable
