Our semiconductor client is looking for high‑potential fresh graduates to join their VLSI team as an SOC Design/Verification Engineer. This role is designed for candidates with strong academic excellence (high GPA), solid technical foundations, and a strong motivation to build a long-term career in pre-silicon SOC verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform pre-silicon RTL verification of IP, subsystem, and SOC designs under mentorship
• Assist in building and enhancing SystemVerilog/UVM-based verification environments
• Study design specifications to support the creation of verification plans and test scenarios
• Develop and execute directed and constrained-random test cases
• Run simulations, analyze results, and debug failures with guidance from senior engineers
• Support regression runs, coverage analysis, and verification tracking
• Collaborate closely with Design, Architecture, and other teams for issue resolution
• Continuously learn and apply industry-standard verification methodologies and tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Strong academic record (high GPA preferred) with solid theoretical understanding
• Strong fundamentals in:
• Digital Design
• Computer Architecture
• Basic Verification Concepts
• Basic knowledge of SystemVerilog (UVM exposure is a plus but not required)
• Understanding of testbench concepts, simulation, assertions, and functional coverage
• Exposure (through coursework or projects) to standard interfaces such as:
• AXI, AHB, PCIe, UART, I2C, SPI
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (C/C++, Python, or similar) is beneficial
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
