  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers and prospects professionally.
  • Conduct sales activities: prospecting, need identification proposal, closing, follow-up, and after-sales support.
  • Handle customer feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit reports.
  • Manage key account orders and deliveries, including transport coordination.
  • Promote and process CAT online sales.
  • Follow up on stock and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
