Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Integrated Facilities Management Intern di Surbana Jurong - Maukerja

The primary responsibilities are:

1. Assistance with the FM team on maintenance scheduling and operation(s).

2. Assistance to the site team for daily maintenance or any scopes

3. Responsible for the efficient performance of the technicians/vendors in charge of hard engineering services and other supporting services (Landscape, Cleaning, Pest Control)

4. Monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.

5. Carry out planning and periodic reviews of maintenance undertaken by his team to ensure projects are carried out professionally with proper project documents and records, and comply with project timelines in accordance to relevant SOPs and the client’s requirements.

6. Co-ordinate ad-hoc works and ensure routine works are administered on site.

7. Compile Service Reports related to FM services

8. Assist Zone/HS Team on daily checks as assigned.

9. Any other duties assigned by the Manager
