Oversee the daily operations of the sales counter to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. 

Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and company sales targets. 

Plan and manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and duty rosters. 

Ensure the sales counter and showroom are clean, organized, and maintained to the highest presentation standards. 

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners. 

Handle customer concerns and resolve operational or sales-related issues promptly and professionally. 

Coach, train, and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales performance. 

Monitor team performance and provide guidance to drive continuous improvement. 

Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
