Key Duties:
Greeting customers and assessing their fishing needs (freshwater vs. saltwater, species targeting).
Spooling reels with line and attaching leaders.
Restocking shelves and organizing the tackle displays.
Learning product specifications to answer technical questions.
What We’re Looking For:
Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex gear simply.
Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in fishing and the outdoors.
Patience: Willingness to help beginners choose their first setup.
