Responsibilities

On-Camera Hosting & Content

  • Plan and host live sessions that showcase products clearly and authentically.
  • Write short scripts and product highlights to keep shows focused and fast-paced.

Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Drive live sales by answering viewer questions, demonstrating products, and closing offers.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful tone while handling objections and encouraging repeat purchases.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with merchandising and logistics to confirm product availability and smooth fulfilment.
  • Track session metrics like conversion, average order value, and viewer retention, then share concise reports.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in live hosting, retail sales, e-commerce, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Secondary school certificate or diploma preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong on-camera presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Familiarity with live platforms such as Facebook Live, Shopee Live, or TikTok Shop, plus basic video tools.
  • Basic sales tracking and reporting skills, comfortable using simple spreadsheets.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, warm and customer-focused.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed.
