What You'll Do

As an Account Manager Oncology based in Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the oncology portfolio across key accounts. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing deep insights into each account’s objectives and workflows while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for creating customised engagement plans that address unique customer needs and executing strategies that foster sustainable growth.

By monitoring performance metrics and taking accountability for results, you will ensure that sales targets are consistently met.   • Take ownership of the overall growth of the oncology portfolio within assigned accounts by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of each account including short-, mid-, and long-term objectives, key stakeholders, clinical workflows, opportunities, barriers, and challenges.
  • Create and execute robust account management plans tailored to optimise portfolio potential across prioritised key accounts while aligning with company service standards.
  • Identify key stakeholders within your territory and develop customer engagement plans that address specific account needs for sustainable growth.
  • Define and implement both short- and long-term strategies that support the expansion of prioritised accounts through collaborative approaches.
  • Monitor performance metrics closely and take responsibility for account performance including commercial proposals to ensure all sales targets are achieved or surpassed.
  • Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with oncologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, clinic managers, and relevant non-oncology specialists by delivering high-quality engagements.
  • Share product value effectively by tailoring discussions to healthcare professional needs while maintaining full compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously build expertise in assigned disease areas by staying updated on clinical data, treatment guidelines, standards of care, and evolving protocols for credible discussions with HCPs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Market Access, Medical, and others to deliver integrated value solutions for customers and stakeholders.

What You Bring

To excel as an Account Manager Oncology you will bring proven experience from the healthcare sector—ideally within account management roles—and possess strong interpersonal skills that allow you to build trust-based relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Your educational background should include pharmacy or science-related disciplines which equip you with foundational knowledge relevant to oncology care. You have demonstrated success managing complex accounts within multinational settings where collaboration was key.

Your broad understanding of patient journeys enables meaningful engagement at specialist levels while your business acumen ensures commercial objectives are met. You are adept at communicating clearly using digital platforms when needed and show high learning agility by staying current on industry trends. Experience with CRM systems or regulatory compliance further strengthens your profile.   • A university degree in Pharmacy or Science-related domain such as biomedical sciences, biology, life sciences or medical fields is required for this position.
  • At least 4 years of experience working in a multinational corporate environment with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare; prior experience in account management is essential while oncology experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement skills including partnering with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and organisations; project management experience is considered an advantage.
  • Broad understanding of patient journeys within defined disease areas enabling effective engagement at specialist level across multiple touchpoints.
  • Strong business acumen combined with expertise in commercialisation processes and customer experience; proven track record in achieving sales results is necessary.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional environments while influencing team members towards providing optimal support for customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills coupled with proficiency in leveraging digital tools for enhanced customer interactions.
  • High learning agility demonstrated by resourcefulness in adapting quickly to new information or changing circumstances within the oncology landscape.
  • Experience in account management practices such as contract management, customer relationship management (CRM), sales process management, strategic planning, tender processes or pharmaceutical regulatory compliance is advantageous.
