Mon to Fri: 8.30am-6pm

Job Description:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for employees.

• Handle payroll-related matters including leave, overtime, claims, CPF, and statutory deductions.

• Manage applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related work pass matters.

• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), employees, and relevant stakeholders on work pass documentation and compliance.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Book and arrange flight tickets, accommodation, and travel itineraries for overseas business travel.
